Trucking Leads provides commercial trucking insurance lead-generation and distribution services to insurance agencies and other authorized business customers.

Lead availability, geographic coverage, delivery frequency, and service features may vary based on your selected plan, market conditions, and applicable agreements.

2. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Program Description

Trucking Leads, LLC offers optional SMS communications to individuals who explicitly consent to receive text messages.

Non-marketing messages may include responses to inquiries, account notifications, lead delivery updates, customer support, and important service communications.

Marketing messages may include special offers, discounts, product announcements, and service promotions. Marketing messages require separate consent.

Opt-In & Consent

SMS consent is collected through separate, optional checkboxes on our website. These checkboxes are not preselected.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing products or services from Trucking Leads.

By opting in, you authorize Trucking Leads, LLC to send messages to the mobile number you provided for the messaging categories you selected.

Cancellation Instructions

3. Account Registration

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

Subscription fees, lead prices, billing schedules, and included features are determined by the plan selected at enrollment and any applicable written agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscription cancellation requires 30 days’ notice. Cancellation does not eliminate outstanding payment obligations incurred before the effective cancellation date.

5. Lead Delivery & Availability

Trucking Leads makes commercially reasonable efforts to provide lead information according to the customer’s selected plan and applicable delivery settings.

We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, policies written, conversion rates, or revenue unless expressly agreed in writing.

Lead information may be distributed to multiple authorized customers unless an exclusive arrangement has been established in writing.

6. Acceptable Use

Customers agree to use lead information only for lawful business purposes and to comply with applicable privacy, insurance, telemarketing, email, and telecommunications laws.

Purchasing a lead does not automatically establish consent to send marketing text messages. Customers are responsible for obtaining any legally required consent for their own communications.

7. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, designs, text, and other materials are owned by Trucking Leads, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of website materials is prohibited.
